Hansen Real Estate was established in 1992 by Gary, Karen & Jeff Hansen. Gary & Karen had a combined 19 years of experience in residential real estate sales. Their experience involved working in larger firms. Gary managed many offices in the Littleton area. Once Jeff Hansen graduated from college, the three took the chance and opened Hansen Real Estate. Within 4 years Kari Kline joined the  Hansen Real Estate team.   Hansen Real Estate then and still consists of mom, dad, sister, & brother! Each year they have worked as a team, in order to make every transaction as simple as possible for their clients. Personal service is number one at  Hansen Real Estate. Therefore, there are no assistants, no secretaries, no answering services, just experienced real estate professionals working together to best serve all.
